We are seeking innovative AI Proof-of-Concept use cases in Retail Banking/Wealth Management to unlock value to our customers and transform our Bank. The POC's objective is to enable the creation of the future AI-driven Bank.

Areas of interest include:

1) AI technology for listening, summarizing, and performing sentiment/behavioural analysis across diverse content formats (news, social media posts, videos, app stores, etc.)

2) AI technology for real-time gatekeeping of outbound messages from the Bank's frontline to ensure compliance with Bank policies (Mandarin and Cantonese language support would be a significant advantage)

3) AI technology with the potential to skyrocket the Bank’s revenue (within the Retail Banking/Wealth Management context)

4) AI technology with the potential to achieve cost savings

5) AI technology for unveiling untapped opportunities through personalization, automation, and data-driven insights
